History was made as East Bergholt were proud to have been selected as one of the clubs to host the Grenada XI on their UK tour
A 23-man cricket squad from the Caribbean touring the UK and East Bergholt was one of the venues chosen to host them. Grenada, who play host to the England Cricket Team's Test tours to the Caribbean, are promoting cricket in the UK. Never before has East Bergholt hosted an international cricket team and it was supported by a large crowd.

The Grenada Tourism Authority (GTA) is proud to announce the Grenada UK Promotional Cricket Tour from July 20th to August 06th. This tour lends the opportunity to highlight their strength as a premier Sports Tourism destination and to promote their cricket tournaments for 2023. These are Pre-Season County Training (March 6 – 19), Junior Murray International Schools Invitational (July 3 – 14), Grenada Club Cricket Tournament (October 16 – 23), and Grenada Legends Cricket Classics Charity Event (October 20 – 23).
